Assume for now that it is possible to graft the complete drivetrain of a 1992 Galant VR4 under it.

2.0L turbo 4, bulletproof and dirtcheap and easy to make power.

Power : 300hp,350ft-lbs torque (470Nm) on 16psi, 340hp, 400ft-lbs (520Nm)on 20psi overboost.
Drive : 5 speed manual, Viscous coupling 4WD system with rear LSD
Weight : Under 1 ton

It would be a monster. I would imagine a sub 4 seconds 0-100 time and it could break the lap records of our small home circuit easily, running under 56 seconds on the full lap.
